Refusing Serivces

I have a membership with Message LuXe at the following location:

Hours: Open today · 9AM–9PM

They have two payments of $58.88 for 2 hours towards a message that totals $117.76. Since my credit card was suspected of being used by someone other than myself, I was being issued a new one. Since I didn’t have my new credit card with me when I showed up for my appointment, Message LuXe refused to allow their services for my appointment at 3pm today. I’ve been charged and I paid for the 2 hours over the last two months with my Visa card that had gone thru before the notification of a new card being issued, and Message LuXe admitted that they received the payments and still denied me their services.

Please help me recoup my money from this retail outlet that is being unreasonable in their actions toward me.
