Dear Sir/ Madam,

Good Morning, there is a urgent document that has sent it out yesterday.
One of your Poslaju guy took the document and carelessly it fell into the lift.
He took the consignment note and the documents is left here.
I have tried really hard searching for the Poslaju guy ( but couldn’t find him), calling your office and still no one pick up the calls.
I am sorry to say this but im very disappointed by the way it is done.
I truly hope you can help me on this matter
