Poor Service

To whom it may concern:

I am a single mother & commission earner only with 2 children that receive a monthly pension from the Metal industries fund for their father that passed on. I went to their offices 23 June 2017 to submit change of banking details so I was told that I will get the month of Junes money in July. July has passed and I have not received the back dated payments as yet. It is now August going on the 3rd month that I have not received that money. I phone every week and every week its the same story its lying somewhere in a department that has to authorize the change of banking details, how is this possible and the ongoing feedback I keep getting is the same every week? I understand that they have departments and it goes through a process but they are absolutely taking their time with this and to me its just not acceptable as its been the same feedback every week in the meantime my children has to be looked after and need stuff and they just cant just try to speed it up and its going for 2 months? How can I just be patient for nearly 2 months and I am struggling, I have spoken to about 8 people. The last few times I have taken down names and If I ask to speak to someone higher to help and speed it up and try to understand my situation they get up tight with me.
This is poor service from them as a government organization to be human to us that are dependent upon that money and just dont go the extra mile to help a bit more. I am really not happy with this and wanted people to know how unhappy I am with their poor level of service in their departments.

Poor Service

My husband (Mbuso Khumalo, Id no 8105255900085) posted his provident fund claim forms on the 7th of November 2016. Two weeks later he phoned MIBFA for an update and they told him that his ID copy is not clear, they gave him a fax no 0866325774 attention Esther to fax the id copy. A day after that he called MIBFA to find out if he received the id and they said yes. Today he phones them again and the agent said they are waiting for a copy of his id. He told them that the id was faxed on the 24th of November 2016 and they asked him for the fax number that he sent the id to. He calls back, this time he has the fax number and a different agent says everything is fine. SO WHICH ONE IS IT, DO THEY HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS OR NOT, AND IS HIS CLAIM BEING PROCESSED OR WHAT?
