My son is a veteran and in March he signed up for dental insurance with Metlife under the veterans dental plan. He resides in a state different than where he wants the bill to be sent. His physical address is in a different state than where he wants to be billed. For the first two months they said it was taken care of. However, the bill kept going to the incorrect location. The next month he was told that he had to contact VA and have all of his records changed to the address he wants his bill to go to, even though this is not his physical address. The next time we were told that that wasn' correct and the problem would be corrected. The next time we were told by a supervisor the problem was corrected, but the bill still went to the incorrect location. The next time, once again we were told it was corrected. NOT!!! To make a long story short, this has been continuous since March. Not only is the bill going to the wong location, he is being billed by the mailing address state and not the state of his physical location. How difficult could this be. A call was made once again yesterday, 8/18/14, because the bill was sent to the wrong address and hasn't been paid. We were told that a supervisor would call back within 24 hours because there wasn't one on duty. This is really a no brainer!! I'm so frustrated.
