Unsatisfactory customer service

All I wanted to do was purchase the galaxy s3 for my girlfriend for Christmas. I saw that metro pcs was having a sale until Dec. 2 for 399.99. Great!! I put money on my amscot card Sat Dec 1 (to avoid identity theft) to purchase the phone online (because they were only offering the deal via the internet). Fine!! I put all my info in with my mother's address so my gf doesn't get the mail before I do, and the order doesn't go through. It says in red type, to call 1-866-532-9623, so i did. After waiting for about 30 mins i get Hector on the line. I explain what happened, he tells me that it's because I put a different shipping address in. That the shipping has to be the same as the billing (and continues to tell me) that it was only for the galaxy s3. All other phones, we can ship to a different address. ??? Ok. So I ask him if he can just help me, take my money (which has come out cause I get a text when the monies do come out) and just send the phone to my house and i'll take the chance. He says that he can't do that, that he'll have to get a manger to talk to me and he has gone home at this point. OK. So Hector takes my info, to have someone get back to me...Noone does... I call on Mon. cause of course, they are closed on Sun., and I speak to Frankie. I explain the situation to him. He seemed to be genuinely concerned and wanted to help. He switched me over to his manager, Shannon. I explained everything to her, and she said that the "specialist team" will have to look it over and they; will get back to me in 48 hours. Surprise surprise, NOONE got back to me. I called and spoke to Frankie and he told me that they received an email and corp. said they can't give me the phone for that price. Why couldn't anyone get back to me!?!?! Oh, and I used my mother's cc on sat. dec 1 to see if we could order it that way. Nope. Gave me another 800 number. Frankie told me it was because the site was getting alot of hits that day for orders. I totally understand that, just honor my order is all i'm asking for 399.99.
