The sales Representative at the Gulfport MS hwy 49norths location failed to inform me until I asked what my phone number was going to be or if it had stayed the same that if I would have used my current phone number from Sprint then I would have got the phone that I just purchased minutes prior to this conversation with him then the phone would have been FREE!! So then I asked him to do what he has to do to refund me and that's when he told me he can't that it was to late and he was sorry for not informing me and his reason was because the air conditioning system was broken and because of it being so hot in the store he wasn't able to think clearly! And now I am upset with this company for a couple of reasons but mainly because of this situation was my first encounter with this company and that I have been wanting to switch to them for a while now and now that I have I am starting to think this was a bad idea.
