survice related problem

we are sorry to say you that your company is not providing service .we are upset because of your poor service we had given our tab micromax funbook p 600 from 11/9/14 job sheet no (w010324-0914-12096173)they are giving us messages as "your equipment is ready" since 18/9/14 but they are not giving us tab back when we go headquarters they say that tablet is not ready!!!!please do provide your service proprerly othewise we will take legalacion against you
