Multiple unauthorized charges to my account.

I went online today to make a payment on a credit card that I very rarely use and was shocked to find 7 charges from MICROSOFT*BILL.NET.WA. I immediately called my card company and put a dispute on the charges and closed the card. I can't tell you how irate I am at the lack of being able to connect with anyone from their number or support group. The charges range from $7.46 to $64.04 and total over $300.00. Whatever is going on with Microsoft...they need to get it together. I will not be robbed from a company.
