Just received my credit card VISA statement and noticed on 14/02/2017 two charges for 24,79€ and 3,99€ from the company MICROSOFT * MSBILL INFO IE . I did not authorize the two transactions !...

Onlangs installeerden wij op onze beide computers (één pc op een lokatie in Gent en één in Koksijde) een update naar windows 10. Op beide computers hebben wij twee accounts: willy.vanbrussel en christine.vanderstichele. Na enkele dagen waren de tegels van mail en agenda op het account van christine niet meer actief, zowel in Gent als in Koksijde. Op het account van Willy alles ok. Online support kon het probleem niet oplossen. Na een lange interventie heeft één van de medewerkers onze computer in Koksijde overgenomen en tenslotte heeft hij via deze weg onze pc in Koksijde volledig geherformateerd en windows 10 opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Daarbij zijn alle bestaande programma's gewist (o.a. windows office, bridge programma etc.) en wij kunnen daar niet mee lachen. Wij vinden dat een ontoelaatbare actie van uw support medewerker.
Maar het probleem is nog niet opgelost! Na de (her) installatie van windows 10 in Koksijde werken de tegels voor mail en agenda nu wel op het account van Christine maar zijn deze inactief op het account van willy!
Het probleem van de tegels is dus nog niet opgelost!
Is dit een algemeen voorkomend probleem? Wat is de oplossing? Hoe kunnen we de ge-delete informatie/programmas op onze pc terug krijgen?

Ik wil hier graag toevoegen dat we zeer tevreden waren van ons systeem in Windows8: onze twee pc's, windows phone en tablet waren allen gelinkt en dat werkte heel goed. We zijn ontgoocheld in de nieuwe situatie.

not happy with windows 8.......i would have preferred you had updated windows xp..better e-mail service .....better recording devices.......was able to put 6 recorders on my laptop with windows xp.....in so doing was able to multi track my music recordings on xp.......windows 8 is crap i try to bring up multible recorders the first one disappears....i hope in the future you will listen to all the complaints in windows 8 and 8.1..... for most off the people i know have voted it to be the worst product to hit the market in years...suggestion bring back windows xp..it was superior to the junk you have come out with ..... thks ron

On April 3rd my credit card was debited for 99 euro. I did not buy, nor download, nor subscribe to any service provided by Microsoft. The description "MSFT *OFFICE" did not clarify at all what these expenses should be covering! I consider this to be a fraud and I will report this to my bank and ask for a refund.
