It took my money and I don’t have a Microsoft account what happens I need my money back

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE

Microsoft took $49.99 from my bank account without my permission. When I contacted a representative, the charge could not be found. When I asked was bill.ms.net affiliated with Microsoft, I was told it is. OK, so why can't the charge be found? This is ridiculous!
