unknown charges

i have many charges to my checking accout entitled "microsoft stbill.ms.net". I have no idea what this is for but the amount is beginning to mount up $4.34 for over 10 charges.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS AND HOW I CAN OBTAIN CREDIT BACK FOR THESE CHARGES.
