Unauthorized credit card billing

I have removed payment options from my account and called microsoft and xbox to remove payment options told them do not bill my mothers or 82 year old grandmothers accounts all completely ignored by this shit company last month my account was billed 24.99 3month sub then the next day my grandmothers account got the same bill not even a month later i have received yet another bill on my grandmothers account my mother had to shut her account down and start a new one i moved out and now there doing this yet again i have no more money im broke and have to pay almost 120$ in cash to my family for this microsoft is saying i do not have an account this is ofcourse false ive had live since halo combat evolved do the math on it im a loyal customer being taken advantage of by this company my attorney is the best trial attorney in the state of nj and one of the top attorneys in the tri state area i will be delivering this problem to his desk and will seek returns dating all the way back to the start amd to be reimbursed my subscriptions to present day today i will seek pain and suffering as few times caused my rent and bills to be late which led to fights with my landlord and thats physical fights not verbal if anyone else had the same issue in this area near or around trenton nj contact mr.
