Unexpected bank charge

I had a payment come out of my bank which I did not authorise from Microsoft office today 24th August.

I'm requesting a refund please. If not I will take this further and contact consumer affairs.

Credit card deducted

Good Afternoon. I do not recall buying anything from Microsoft yesterday 24th October. However my credit card has been deducted $119.00. Please explain. Thank you Andrea Steele
