Unauthorized use of credit card

On February 13, 2019 my Visa Card was charged $123.17 by Microsoft. A check with my Visa Centre showed no transactions with Microsoft over the past year. While I do have Microsoft Office 365 on my computer I do not want, nor did I order any upgrades. Please look into this matter and have Microsoft credit my Visa for $123.17.
