My bank account has been charged several hundred dollars in the last few months. I have no idea what these charges are for and I have yet to find a way to contact Microsoft billing. My son does have an Xbox but he doesn't have the ability to charge anything. Also, when I set the game up there was no way to set the console up without using some type of card.
