2 unauthorized charges to Visa account

I had two transaction descriptions listed as "MICROSOFT*STORE" (Posting dates of 10/30/15 and 11/16/15) with charges to my Visa account. Although the amounts are small, so far, these charges were unauthorized. What can I do? I tried to contact Microsoft for help but was told that it would cost me $37 to have the help support to look into this!
