this week is the secound week i have money taken from my account to microsoft tonight it was 13.80 and last week it was 10.00 please contact me asap to sort this out as i havent given any authority to give this money nor have i brought a thing from you. if you dont i will have no other option but to cancel my card and have it replaced tommorow. im angry as now im a single mother of two on a benefit who has bills to pay so cant afford to have money taken out for nothing. get in contact with me as soon as you can
