My son use to have an Xbox 360 subscription a long time ago but he canceled the account in September and he no longer has the Xbox anymore or access to the account. The monthly charges for the subscription were removed from my bill for a few months, however, for some reason, the monthly charge of $10.61 has reappeared on my bill and I have no idea why. I am not sure why this has happened since we had canceled the subscription and we have not even had an Xbox for months now. I would like to have these charges permanently removed from my bill since the subscription has been canceled a long time ago. My son also no longer has access to his microsoft account or the email that was associated with it and the Xbox. Thank you.

For a while the monthly charges for the subscription were removed from my credit card, but for some reason, recently I started getting billed the $10.61 monthly on my credit card again for the subscription that is suppose to be canceled. I am not sure why this has happened and I would like to have these charges permanently removed since we no longer even have the Xbox or the subscription.
