Hello, my name is Brianna and I have canceled my debit card numerous times trying to get this bill to go away and I have found out that a friend of mine has used my debit card account to pay for his microsoft ultimate the months premium. I've filed fraud several different times and I am still being billed through microsoft ultimate please help me remove this from my debit card account. The number for this transaction is Microsoft * Ultim 08040729 . Please if possible help me get this recurring bill off my account I'm staying in debt to my bank because I do not have enough income. Please help.
