Card Declined

I was trying to use my debit card online and I've used it many times on this website. There is 18 dollars left on it and I was gonna use 7.50 but it says the card has been declined can anyone explain this to me?

I tried using the card on a website and I've used this card many times and yet it gets declined now. 18 dollars left on card trying to used 7.50 but it says declined. Can someone explain this to me
