Tech Support

In February, 2015, I called Microsoft Tech Support for help and was told they could help me for an unbelievable cost or I could subscribe to Assure for a year to get all the help I needed - Cost $149. The problem was fixed.
I called again on 7/14/15 with another problem and was transferred 2 times and no one could find my Assure contract. The tech took over my computer for 3 1/2 hours and said the problem was fixed and the case closed. She left me a mess - files were lost and critical business contact information was gone! I called again and reached Lynna in the Sales Department who gave me another case number and told me to call Office Tech Support.
By this time I had another problem so I called and got transferred through 2 people to the Windows Department - EACH time, the tech asks for complete details on the problem (even though they have the case info in front of them) and won't make the transfer until this is done. I was shuttled to 6 different people (one tech even told me she was new and didn't know how to fix the problem) and finally reached a Level 3 Tech who hung up on me when he found I wasn't given a case number by the previous techs.
NOTHING IS FIXED, THE COMPUTER AND MY FILES ARE A MESS, I'VE WASTED $149, AND, SINCE I WORK FOR MYSELF, CANNOT SPEND ANOTHER 2 DAYS TRYING TO GET MICROSOFT TO HELP. WHAT CAN I DO?
