Like a lot of complaints in this page, I also have problems with unnecessary deductions from my LOAD. I am charged automatically for unknown reasons. Just the other day I loaded SR10 and after just a few minutes, I tried to call out but can't connect to any number. When I checked my balance, I got ZERO balance already in just a matter of 3-5 minutes after loading without making any call nor sending any text message. VERY FRUSTRATING. MOBILY ALIBABA!

I have only been with this company less than a month. So was told with Wajid Plus you pay 150 SR a month while enjoying 2GB without usage of whatsapp as its free and free sms and min within mobily networks. So obviously they say i over consumed my net because i didnt activate the free whatsapp usage . So i spent almost 4oo SR just for data. REALLY?! i was very close to get my comapny under mobily but thought let me try it first. Needless to say my husband has always complained about them too, so once i pay this bill, am done with them. Its not the fact that we have to pay, its the principle of what you sell customers and the fraud . I even called to ask my line to get 24 HR chance before disconnection and they refused and said we want to request for you to pay? HOW RIDICULOUS , just disgusted
