I had ATM withdrawals from Houston TX. I live in Nebraska I didn't lose my card nor give my card info out. Called them immediately and cancelled card. Filled out form they sent me. Faxed it to them as well as mailed it to them. Didn't hear a thing for over a month. Then get letter denying my claim stating the reason as inconsistent conflicting information. I have the right to request copies of the documents that they relied on in making their determination. They consider the claim resolved and claim has been closed. Excuse me!?!? All the paperwork was is to fill out what transaction you are questioning, the time and date. What's conflicting about that!?!? This is an inside job if you ask me! Someone made a copy of my card and had access to my pin number in order to withdraw my money from an ATM machine! You best bet I am gonna request those so called documents. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
