This is to make a complaint of this place for children but had big problems with both bathrooms, children needed to go outside and long walk, my son birthday was not the best with that situation. Not celebrating any bday anymore in this place.

Booked a party of more than 8. they sent me a coupon less than a week AFTER i booked it. they refused to honor it. I said then why the hell did u send it. canceling party. Shady business tactics. 8 of the kids and their families now know how crappy their business practices are and those 16 adults are telling another 5 to 10 people how their friend was ripped of by monkey joes.
