Horrible service, waste of money, and very disappointed. I called to see what the warranty covered and asked questions. I was not filing a claim at that time. I had bought a sectional that was less than a year old, that had a couple of small tears in one area. They said because I said it "could" be pet damage. Pets aren't covered, I also have kids, and i wasnt home at the time. Kids that take scissors to the furniture was covered. I did end up filing a claim online. And they said I already did on the phone. Not the case. I also wanted to hear my recorded phone call. They said they listened to it and I'm not able too. So nothing has been taken care of, but they got their money for a shitty warranty. They are a complete scam.
