Claim reported within 30 days
I spoke with Shelly this morning regarding my recliner and she denied my claim because it wasn't reported within 30 days. I have been trying for a few weeks to report this.
When I tried to contact my local store in Fairfield no one answered. I drove to the store two weeks ago and it was closed for remodeling. I drove there again last Friday and was given your phone number. If I said it's been a couple of months since the coil popped to your Rep, Shelly it was an error, It just seems like I've been dealing with this that long. As you can see from my original email, I tried to report it immediately.
