My husband passed away due to injuries resulting from a work accident. So I contacted Morgan & Morgan for a free case evaluation, but NEVER hired them.

However they took it upon themselves to contact my husbands employer and their insurance company and stated that they represented me. Because of this it is making it difficult for me to settle the matter with the insurance company.

Why would a law office & its affiliates state that they represent someone when they don't? To get a piece of the action, without doing anything is why

They do not have anything with my signature on it stating that I hired them, yet they tell people they represent me

DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS

I had to hire a attorney for a simple case SSI and SSDI. I had to fill all the paper work out all by myself and when I got the two denial letters I had to contest it all by myself o had to full out all that paper work all by myself again and when I called for questions no answer or a call back from my attorney so I called my parents for help on filling out all the paperwork. They never called to check on me or return my calls this went on for 2 years straight. Finally I got a letter from the social security place that I have a hearing with a judge I had to call Morgan and Morgan to inform them about the court date and that was left on a answer machine. Three weeks before court no call I get a letter in the mail they fired my attorney and in another letter they gave me a new attorney no call no warnings. The day of court I have a 3rd attorney case the 2nd attorney went on vacation no notice no nothing I find out 19 min before trial. It gets worse the attorney had no briefing or knowledge of this case mind its 10min before we see the judge and I have been waiting for 2years and two months for this and the attorney is clueless of my case but that god the judge had everything in front of him and understood my case and justice was served because off everything I did Morgan and Morgan did not lift a finger in the the years I was alone even the court day I don't recommend this law firm to anyone go find an attorney that cares for your rights as a person and not the money cause Morgan and Morgan does get get money from my case how much I don't know

Saw a commercial about Morgan and Morgan talking about nursing home abuse. Which my brother UN Hollywood Florida was going through. Bed sores and all of that. Called Morgan and Morgan. The person on the phone was so ecstatic about telling me about this major class action lawsuit the firm won well in the hundreds of millions of dollars. So I agreed to meet with one of their reps at my house. She came the next day with a contract while putting Morgan and Morgan on this pedestal. Like a fool I snighed it. My big brother whom I loved so much end up dying in this nursing home from the very thing "Morgan and Morgan. For the people" claimed they fight for. Every time I see one of their thousands and thousands commercial s or billboard s I curse and cus them. Never noticing they never have any actual clients in their commercial s. I really believe they got paid while telling me I had no case. Every time I see one of their commercial s it infuriates me to know end. Hope they rot in hell. Their has got to be some government agency to look In to companies like this. Just flooding the airwaves. Every time you turn around. I would only recommend them to go straight to hell. Morgan and Morgan is currently handling a workman's comp case for my husband that began over a year ago. Since Morgan and Morgan took over the case we have dealt with several attorneys, as it seems everytime we turn around the case has been placed in someone else's hands.
Many times we've been told ABC is happening, but nothing ever happens! My husband calls daily only to get voice mail and NEVER receives a call back.
Prior to using Morgan and Morgan I'd heard great things and that they are the go to powerhouse if you want results. I have been unimpressed and disappointed to say the least..the very least. I have never had such a poor experience in dealing with a law firm. The crazy thing is, workman's comp admitted fault on their part long ago and yet over a year later here we still be. It's absolutely ridiculous! At this point I would not recommend anyone to use this firm. Unprofessional, does not deliver, nor follow through. One would think they would at least communicate with their clients, but even in that area they failed miserably.
