I want to know how this affects my mortgage? I have a mortgage with Morgan Management, at 12% (annual percentage rate) which is their firm rate when purchasing from their homes. I think it is outrageous, by the time I pay for my home it will not be worth the price I paid for it because can't ever afford to to put into it .
After my down payment 6.5 years ago my purchase was 47,700.00 in 3/15/2015 they sent me papers to refinance at 43,609.95. Their figures never match monthly statements with the scheduled yearly loan schedule. Every five years they will refinance it again and so on because it a 30 year mortgage always at 12%.
I tried to refinance with others with no luck.

I want to know where this FBI issue is and where I stand.
