I had purchased moto g 16 GB 1st generation device from flipkart, a year back. I was using idea prepaid sim till now with which i didnt faced any issues either with my phone or sim. But now i transferred my idea number from prepaid to postpaid and the issue arised now. I am facing network drop issues due to which i have to configure the network manually for every 2 hours as the network shows as unavialbale. I confirmed that the issue is not from the sim card and ofcourse it is from the handset. Please let me know what all the options i have to ressolve this issue or will this handset can be replaced from flipkart with no extra charges.
