Same thing here, just got off phone with them. They claim it is a non cancel and that they have a recording of order. say now that the order will take 3 months to receive.have already debited my account 2 times. do not believe they will ever come or according to Walmart they have no Knowledge of 1, 00.00 dollars gift certificates for this company. how can this be stopped? the person i talked to first said the would go out immediately
