They, for example, told me they had sent all the documentation to the county clerk, but the county clerk says they keep track of every communication received, even those rejected because they do not meet the requirements, and they have not record of ever receiving the documentation for my property. The county clerk also mentioned that M. Cooper could upload the documents online and would immediately receive conformation, which means they have not even taken the time to upload them.
