Our LLBean statement had a fraudulent charge by Microsoft dated 7/24 on a card that was no longer in use but we were still charged the amount of $53.53. LLBean was in the process of switching from Visa cards to Mastercard but the new cards had already been activated so it's a mystery HOW the company could use the old card.

Nonetheless, LLBean said that we needed tot contact Microsoft.No luck on that. No where online can I find a contact # to speak to a human being. Rather, Microsoft wants you to 'sign in' or 'sign up' for an account and I certainly am not going to do the latter.

What recourse do I have to recupe the unauthorized charged amount?
