Bus M57 numbered 6742 in NYC did not stop at the stop and drove right by me, although the driver saw me and the bus was not full at all. He just drove right by. This happened on 2nd Ave stop at EAST 57th street at 6:45pm, give or take a minute. Calling 511 is useless, as you can never speak to anyone. Please provide a reasonable explanation as to why this happened. I do not think such drivers should work in public transportation.
