Bad Customer Service From Honda Service Manger (Alan) at Macinda Auto Sdn Bhd

Bad Customer Service Sollution From Service Manager :
Alan at Macinda Auto Sdn Bhd.

On Emergency Case Due to I'm travelling from Kota Bahru, Kelantan today to Johor Bahru, Johor with suddenly aircod break down.

12.25pm immediate report to Honda Assistance at no 1800882020 spoken (lady)
She assist us and request myself direct to Honda Macinda Auto Sdn Bhd. She remind me to said emergency for getting assistance from the said honda.


1.35pm i'm at Honda Macinda Auto & taking the no 0023. Service advisor unable attend my request & forward to Service Manager.

The Service Manager giving thousand excuse & wanted myself to waiting till 5pm with not even giving any assistance or solution since i'm on travelling & emergency. He said, due to long que of customer, jumaat prayer, others client will be scrolded him if giving small assistance to my aircord problem. i'm ok if waiting because of doing aircord maintenance but i'm just asking.. if due to gas run out maybe the waiting time for me will be shorter. The most sarcastice he said "if i'm getting someone to attend into my small request to check either my aircod gas run out, the current service need to stop". As a Service Manager, this is the answer should giving to customer? This only solution can be provide as service manager to someone on emergency travelling from Kelantan to JB? As Service Manager same level of service like Service Advisor. Totally bad Handeling customer complaint on Emergency & Travelling.

I firmly understood on any service need to making appointmnt but this is on emergency case & i'm using Honda and that is why return back to Honda service center.

The Management of Honda Macinda Auto Sdn Bhd need to look into this.
