SUBJECT: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF CELCOM Ampang Jalan BRANCH

Dear Sir/Madam,

To begin with, I am a very respectable business person and one of CELCOM's oldest user (over 20 years). I am using 6 different numbers of CELCOM under my name and business use. All these numbers and post paid. This not only makes me your loyal customer but also a priority customer.


I visited CELCOM AMPANG Branch today (1-Oct-2018) at 1500hrs in order to get a New Phone with Post Paid package. As a routine, I entered the Branch, stood and waited in the queue for my turn for 1hour 30mins. Just when I was about to be served a customer service counter, a gentelman approached me and said that this counter is about to close please go to another counter. He handed me a new token no as she spoke. Thinking he is being considerate, I took the new token and waited for me turn again. After 15 mins I realized that I have been given the last token and 30mins more had already passed.

Annoyed at this I approached another lady at the counter and complained of being treated unfairly. She gave a very cold shoulder and said thag she can't do anything. Further frustrated, I requested to see the Branch Manager to which she he denied and asked me to send a complain thru e-mail instead.

I am extremely annoyed and upset with such POOR and THIRD CLASS customer service been given. Interestingly this is not the first time I have encountered such service from your CSRs. I am seriously thinking of switching all my numbers from your network where I don't face such
Nonsense and ill-treatment.
To conclude, I demand a strict action against the concerned officers, a written appology and compensation from CELCOM.
