illegal disconnection

Since having the ds tv explore i have been experiencing problems. Multi Choice keeps disconnecting my channels even though i am not owing, every time I call they keep promising that it won't happen but in 1 month i have been disconnected 4 times. I have to buy airtime to call them and they refused to call you back. I feel that I am being made a fool by multi choice, every time I have to talk to the supervisor and when I call back i am being told they don't have that person there, they will want you to repeat the same story over and over. I am now fighting with my husband about this repeated disconnection because he thinks i don't pay, as a customer i feel that I am treated very unfairly, and this is now causing me stress. I no more have the energy anymore to fight with multi choice, i feel very robbed. I am not sure that even this complain will make any difference,
