Multichoice kempton park bad service

I am very unhappy with the service that we have received from the multichoice in kempton park.there service is bad.please can someone contact me from multichoice.your dealer came and fetched my explorer on Sunday morning at 6h15 together with I had to pay him 700 plus petrol 200 and adviced he bring me a new explorer at 15h00.I had to phone him a lot as he did not come.he adviced me he will come today at 16h30.I had to phone at 17h00.he adviced he is on his way and still not here at 20h40.we even had to pay him for installing another explorer together with laying a line from dstv to another room
