I have ordered this product before and delivery was as they said, I put in another order on7/4/2020 and again advised it would be between 9-10 days for delivery, we contacted the phone no supplied and the operators cannot give us an approximate date only saying the goods are coming from England, the Melbourne Australia office returned our call to which we returned within 5minutes to say office closed and ring back between 6pm and 12.00pm. I do believe if it is because of covid-19 they should say so. Again I contacted the 1300912921 on Saturday only to be advised they ore only there to take orders and would have to contact the Melbourne office Monday18th with business Hrs start at 9.00am to again hear to call back between 6.00pm and 12.00pm. I then called the 1300912921 no and spoke to Rachel on the new order line whom advised delivery was between 9 to 10 days. I find this very unsatisfactory and wonder why you continue advertising these products for the purchasers are being told it is still 9-10 day delivery when it is clearly not. I only hope you speak to your advertiser and ask them to include this in the ad, we Australians my not be upset as we are, and I'm sure I am not the only customer. I hope you can further enlighten me with the outcome of this complaint being an avid channel 7 viewer.
