Ordered a canvas AND paid for delivery. The courier is UPS, they left no notification that they had tried to deliver. Subsequent tracking my order it says the address delivered to was "Residential" (What the hell use is that?). I've E-mailed twice and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of my complaint and the goods I paid for (Including delivery) have still not arrived.

Further to my complaint re.Canvas prints of Very Poor Quality. My-picture offer a Trusted Shops 'Money Back Guarantee' which turns out to be WORTHLESS, because hidden in the small print is a line that says Not Including Custom Made Products, which all their products are. Total Rip Off.
