bad service

Absolutely disgusted with this firm firstly you would think that the firm is in the UK WRONG they are in Germany!!! I had writing on my pictures and they pinned half the writing onto the side therefore ruining the canvases. When I contacted them they told me that that was what I had asked for!!! Why would I possibly ask for half the picture missing.
