Please help, after banning me from the online game named DDTank, the staff wants me to pay RM540 for charge back and still ignore my requests to refund purchases using their services.

Name of company: MyCNX Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd located in Kula Lumpur, Malaysia

I'm not the only one who did this but other members are complaining too and ask for money to retrieve our account.

Please help us return our money.
