I got my refund back from naaptol.com, Ms. Divya has resolved my query and help me to get back my money. you contact no. 9212883207, phone was ok.. but accessories with phone was not working and missing... I have seen video on Sony Ericsson Vivaz on YouTube.com... for information you can also check it... from youtube.com

I myself has seen 'N' no of complaints against naaptol.com regarding product duplicate, damage product, empty packages, refund and many more in enough consumer forum sites... and naaptol says its very rare happen with the customer... complaints against you itself says what exactly you are doing with customers...
Now I don’t have faith on naaptol.com, previously you cheated me so how come possible this time you will not do the same, send me the original one with original invoice, accessories and missing accessories. as previously you delivered the courier to me when I ordered for the product(Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile) booking. This time you can also send me and I will exchange it with previous one sent by you.

I am sunil vishwakarma, I purchased a moblie phone( sony ericsson vivaz mobile ) order no.: 3545424 from naaptol.Com, they send me duplicate accessories of sony ericsson, I made call to both department customer care center and product ordered booking center!. Ordered booking center DID not resolve my query and said to me contact customer care center, when I made call to customer care center they also not resolved my problem even they are not ready to accept their fault that they have send me duplicate and incomplete accessories with the sony ericsson vivaz mobile!. Pathetic customer care I have ever seen in my life, rude behavior with the customers".After t hat I sent mails to ceo, support and feedback department that send me original invoice of the product, missing and original accessories of sony ericsson but not got any positive response for the same.
I will suggest you all never buy any product through naaptol.Com, their offers packages are fake sending incomplete and duplicate accessories with packages;.
Never go for this site.

As per our telephonic conversation you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3545424] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [email protected] or call us at 09223516148 & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
