stuck at transit office

STUCK AT CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH OUT FROM TRANSIT OFFICE.

Hi, my parcels have been stuck at consignment dispatched out from transit office for about 4 days now. And Raya is approaching and it is supposed to arrive yesterday. Pls pls pls take note on my item as it is very important for my family. Thanks.
