Hello i am Noor Zaman from Pakistan. I have received a number of letters in which i was asked to " HURRY UP" you are the winner. I have many letters in which i have won the lottery amount but no one sent me even a single penny yet even i have sent the fee many times. I am very worry about this. please help me in this case. I just ask the USA government to provide us the justice and our winning amount. I also request the USA government to issue USA visa to me and my family because we have serious threats because of this lottery( of which we have not received even a single penny).
