My great-grandsons have not received any issue of the "Little Kids" magazine. I originally ordered it for them and another set of grreat grandsons in November or December. This family moved in January, never receiving an issue. I called to question this and was told that an issue was undeliverable so my order was cancelled. The only notification I received was a refund on my credit card account. Not good PR from you! I re-subcribed on March 29 and as of yesterday (May 27) they have not received an issue.
I received an email requesting renewal but I must have deleted it in error. Both families were on the renewal.

I would like to have this resolved asap. It will be time to renew the magazine for them...it is a great magazine - my children had it and that is why I wanted to give this to this generation. I will have another subscription to add for Christmas but want this resolved first.

My account # 445304048, When entering that number the message was that there are no subscriptions for that account.
