I have made several attempts to resolve this issue of why Nation Star reported my loan payments as late on 9 occasions. I’ve forwarded payment history and information from my credit report. During my modification I paid my agreed loan amount by phone by the 15th and I was told it was placed into suspense. Each payment was called in and I confirm that these payments would post on time. Also during this time I had to pay on time so that I would not default and I loyally done as instructed. I’ve asked to show me documentation showing me that while my loan was in the process of modification that it would reflect as a negative against. I paid the agreed Modification loan amount on time but yet Nation star reported me late. I understand and clear how the Fair Credit Act works I paid my loan note on time therefore my credit should not had impacted by the careless of Nation star. I have continued to receive the same standard paperwork; no one has given the documentation that shows during modification that this would reflect my credit.

Nationstar Mortagage Company has not provided me an tax papers that I use to file my 2014 year tax return. This is Feb. 11, 2015 and they were supposed to send it by Jan. 31, 2015.

I have paid off our loan Aug 2014. Our Loan #0615343183. I called the Company to get our final tax documents for 2014.

The agent said the 1098 would be provided at the end of the month of Jan 2015. We have not received our 1098. I am not able access my loan on line. I tried to reset my account without no success.

Can we can get some assistance to get our final tax documents. This company should be fined for not providing documents on time.
