I have been living a NIGHTMARE with Nationstar for 6 long years. My loan was sold to them in 2010 by CITI while in active foreclosure which I was not aware of since we made our payments.

Nationstar has not been applying payments, messing with escrow, and just plain reckless with my mortgage.

We have made our payments and in 2014 they did not apply three of them, put us in loss midigation when I was current and refused December 2014 payment because the said we owed over $9,000. They refused to work with me and put me into Active foreclosure on April1, 2015. What is funny is that I had a firm behind me digging into what they have done, and not one word was mentioned about Foreclosure until July.
I have never seen so much deception and corruption as I have on my loan, and I am fighting back. They are unaware of all damaging evidence I have on them. They had a sale date on my home very recently, and I was told since I filed my lawsuits earlier this year that sale was on hold by the trustee and Nationstar Defense Attorney. My sale was going to happen the next morning and no it was not on hold!!! We got it stopped Praise God but that was too close.
