over billing

Called nationstar on the July 6th 2015 to let them know that my home was sold and closing the 7th or 8th of july 2015 to close my account and to stop the auto bill pay at that time they assured me that once it funds that my automatic bill pay would cease and account would close. Nationstar states that it funded on the 9th of july and my auto bill pay is on the 10th of july. I was charged the auto bill pay on the 13th of july. I called nationstar the 16th of july to see what happened they said they did'nt know and that auto pay should of stopped and assured me that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days & to please call back to verify. Nationstar also told me to go to my account to stop the auto bill pay, but you I cannot once my loan had funded (locked out), great customer service! I called on the 20th to see where my refund was the customer service person who could barely speak english tells me that if I do have a refund that it will take up to 18 business days, what the hell! They are the worst, terrible customer service, fraudulant, etc...... they must stopped! Now I have to worry if Im even getting a refund and overdraftages on my accounts due lack funds because of the theiving Nationstars incompitance!!!!!!
