Re: Response to the need of additional required documentation.

This letter serves as a written complaint regarding the modification process, miscommunication or lack thereof, and the submission of same documentation on multiple occasions. I am communicating with both NationStar and this office, Davidson Fink, LLP. In communicating via telephone with NationStar, the representatives have been either uninformed of my situation or discourteous. I have tried on countless occasions to speak with ANYONE at Davidson Fink; however, I cannot even leave a message through their automated system. The only time I speak with a representative is at court and it seems as if I have to start the process from the beginning each time.

I am being very cooperative in submitting all required documentation. I have received a request from NationStar to only show proof of whether or not I am receiving unemployment. I plan on providing the documentation that shows my unemployment ended in 2010. My letter of explanation stated that I was unemployed, not that I was receiving benefits. On the RMA application, the amount for unemployment was $0. It is very frustrating to see that a law office and a mortgage company need multiple documents showing the same information on several occasions.

In response to your request:
1. In my letter of explanation, I stated that my wife is a traveling nurse. She is currently on assignment in Florida as a traveling nurse. On the RMA application, one of the reasons as to why a hardship is occurring was labeled as distant earner, which was checked off. I find it unnecessary to explain any further my personal details of my household. She has been the breadwinner for the last 8 years and there was no complaining as to how the mortgage was being paid then.
2. In the hardship letter, I stated that I was unemployed. The definition of that word is a person without a paid job; out-of-work; jobless. It does not mean I am receiving an income.
3. Line 5 of the 4506-T was invisible because it was a pre-printed information. Nationstar already had their information typed in the box. If it isn’t clear and you know the name and the address of your client, amend the document accordingly. Why do I have to write it in and send it for the 5TH TIME.
4. The 2nd page of the RMA is correct. I am NOT receiving unemployment income. Again, the letter said I am currently unemployed NOT I am currently on unemployment.

This situation is beyond stressful. Nobody intends on putting themselves in danger of not having shelter. It should be expected of each company to be courteous, respectful, professional, and efficient. That has not been the case. I plan on writing a letter to every review site, social media network, and the state attorney general on this entire matter.
