Nationstar Mortgage, now Cooper has not removed my PMI when my loan to value reached 78% on January 1st, 2016. They kept on writing different stories. They were not taking the original value of the home when automatic termination of PMI is to be calculated at 78%. Now my LTV is around 70.73%, still they have not removed. There are Court Judgements, even if loans are modified, the original home value at the time of purchase, the appraisal value or selling price whichever is lower is to be calculated for 78% LTV. Still that Cooper is dodging without removing. They said in 2020 only they will remove. Even in the Disclosure statement original 1st April, 2017 is the automatic termination date. Now they collect $22.12 cents PMI. I have been paying their mortgage 15 days earlier to the due date and after onwards scheduled auto pay every 15th mortgage to be taken from my Bank Account. Is there any lawyer who could take my case and get Justice for me! What I paid from January, 2016 1st, till 31st December, 2017, I would want it back. Any other amount claimed by the Lawyer, they can have it as fees! The 1998 Home Owner'sProtection Act says 'as soon as the original value LTV reaches 78% which reached on 1st January, 2016.
